- Profile Details: Profile picture uploaded optionally by the user (requires Camera / Photo Gallery access permission only when you choose to set or update your profile avatar).
- Voice Data (Microphone Permission): Audio input is used strictly for real-time voice search within the app to help you quickly find movies, web series, and shows, and is never recorded or stored on our servers.
- Device Identifiers: Device model, Android OS version, Advertising ID, and Unique Device Token used for push notifications, crash diagnostics, and active device limit checks on your subscription plan.

- Account Authentication & Management: To register, verify, and sync your user profile across authorized devices.
- Content Streaming & Recommendations: To stream videos smoothly, save your watch progress, and display language/genre preferences.
- Security & Device Limit Enforcement: To verify concurrent streaming limits based on your subscription tier using unique device tokens.

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our streaming services and comply with legal financial record obligations.

Once an account deletion request is confirmed, your personal profile data (Name, Email ID, Phone Number, Profile Picture, Watch History, and Device Tokens) is permanently deleted from our active databases.

MahuaDigital includes built-in parental guidance options and content maturity classifications to help parents supervise family viewing.
We do not intentionally or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. 7. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
"All video content, web series, shows, and audio-visual media available on MahuaDigital are original creations owned, produced, or legally licensed by MahuaDigital. Unauthorized downloading, re-distribution, recording, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited."
Any attempt to screen-record, rip, pirate, rebroadcast, or distribute MahuaDigital content on third-party platforms, social media, or file-sharing networks will result in immediate account termination and legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

All communication between the MahuaDigital app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to user records is strictly restricted to authorized personnel for maintenance and support purposes.
