- Children’s Privacy & Parental Guidance: The MahuaDigital app includes parental guidance options and does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
- Content Ownership & Intellectual Property: "All video content, web series, shows, and audio-visual media available on MahuaDigital are original creations owned, produced, or legally licensed by MahuaDigital. Unauthorized downloading, re-distribution, recording, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited."
